DeckWise WiseRail Heritage Cable Kits are designed for outside post to outside post installation. The threaded stud for tensioning makes this the easiest & most cost effective cable kit to work with. Both fittings install through the post, but the threaded stud adjusting nut will be visible. You can cover that with a Stainless Steel End Cap. You will need 3-1/2" space between walls & end posts for accessibility.
